The ORBO Foundation began with three siblings who shared a commitment to education, opportunity, service, and stronger communities. Their vision was to create an organization that helps young people build meaningful futures while encouraging them to use their growth, experience, and talents to benefit others.
From that beginning, ORBO is growing into a professionally governed charitable organization supported by diverse professional experience, responsible leadership, and a shared commitment to long-term stewardship. As the Foundation develops, its leadership structure is intended to bring together broader perspectives, skills, and community relationships while maintaining a clear focus on accountability, sustainability, and mission.
Michael Orbovich
Executive Director &
Founding Board Member
Michael Orbovich serves as Executive Director and a Founding Board Member of The ORBO Foundation. He helps guide the Foundation’s strategic direction, program development, partnerships, and long-term growth. Drawing on a career in sales leadership and business development, as well as his experience as a collegiate athlete, Michael brings a strong focus on discipline, resilience, practical professional skills, and real-world learning opportunities that help prepare young people for future success.
Rona Orbovich
Founding Board Member
Rona Orbovich, known for contagious energy, authentic leadership and helping others succeed, has nearly 30 years in HR developing people, strengthening organizations and fostering cultures where people thrive. As NetJets SVP of HR and Talent, she partners with leaders to cultivate talent, engagement and growth. At Dreams on Horseback, she volunteers in equine-assisted learning, building confidence, resilience and leadership. As a Founding Board Member of The ORBO Foundation, she helps young people gain skills, confidence and support to become future leaders, improve their communities and reach their full potential with purpose and compassion.
Milan Orbovich, Jr.
Founding Board Member
Milan Orbovich, Jr. is an experienced safety, compliance, and operations leader with a career spanning regulatory oversight, organizational improvement, and professional training. He previously advanced from an entry-level role to Department Director with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and has earned multiple national recognitions for his work. As an FMCSA national instructor, Milan brings deep expertise in compliance, leadership, training, and operational discipline to the Foundation’s mission of preparing young people for responsible and successful futures.
Richard J. Kossler III, CPA, MBT
Founding Board Member
Richard “Rick” Kossler, CPA, ORBO founding director and Galileo CPA founding partner, brings 20+ years in accounting, tax, finance and complex business/regulatory advice to owners/orgs. He began at Big Four KPMG/EY, then spent 11+ years at TCW Group, including as SVP over corporate tax and 30+ investment funds/entities’ tax operations. Degrees: USC Master of Business Taxation, CSUSB BS Accounting. His oversight, governance, risk management and stewardship support disciplined, accountable finances and sustainable growth in programs and community impact.

Founding Board Member
Larry Long is a veteran transportation/logistics executive with 30+ years in operations, workforce management and organizational development. He has held CEO, VP, GM and Operations Director roles at multiple firms. Known for hands-on leadership, employee development and accountable teams, he also mentors youth in discipline, resilience, leadership and growth. A Kent State graduate, he brings extensive business and operational insight, plus a commitment to helping others succeed, closely aligning with ORBO’s mission to develop capable, confident future leaders.
ANTHONY RINALDI
Founding Board Member
Anthony Rinaldi founded/solely owns Cleveland’s Anthony Rinaldi & Co., LLC, for tax, estates, succession and wealth protection. Attorney/Accredited Tax Advisor®, he advises HNW clients, owners, pro athletes, corporations, partnerships, tax-exempt orgs. Ex-IMG tax executive at the then-world’s largest sports firm, he opened firm in 2002, handles IRS/Ohio tax matters and charitable/foundation structures. Akron BS, Ohio Northern JD. Brings ORBO legal, tax, governance, philanthropy and stewardship expertise.
